Audio of my system is not coming from VEOS Gateway

Question:
I have taken display at VEOS Gateway and play a media at my system, video is fine but audio of media file is not coming from VEOS Gateway?

Answer:
a. If you are running with Virtual Client of Connect Me, audio of your system will not come from VEOS Gateway
b. If you have installed Connect Me at your system then you need to check following configurations:
                   i. Check Audio driver should install on your system during Connect Me installation:
                         1. My Computer > Properties > Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Generic Custom Virtual Cable


                   ii. Check default audio device should set as Line In while playing media from your system during presentation:
                         1. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Line In (Default Device)


                   iii. Check Audio Out setting in client preference of Connect Me, it should set as “Always Send Audio”:
                         1. Login to Connect Me > More Features > Tools > Client Preferences > General Preferences > Audio Out


Note:
Upto 5.0.1.3v: 1. Connect Me installs above mention Audio Driver at 32 bit OS only. 
                         2. Audio of 64 bit OS is not supported

5.0.1.4v Onwards: 1. Connect Me supports Audio of 32 bit and 64 bit OS but installation of above mention driver is not
                                    required
                                2. Connect Me installs above mention Audio Driver at Windows 8 (32 bit) and Windows XP
